We offer prompt and seamless alteration services for weddings, proms, curtains, special occasion dresses.All our services are priced reasonably and we ensure fast and efficient results. Important information

Please leave plenty of notice for alterations as we are very busy and do not want to disappoint.

We will not be undertaking any more orders for making items..

When collecting alterations you have the option to try them on, if you do so, you must at this point mention any issues or problems with our work.. If you mention at the point of collection we will endeavour to fix them….

If you do not mention a problem before you leave the shop you are accepting those alterations as good quality, and no refund will be given. We will re charge for fixing those issues if they are mentioned later.

If you do not try on when collecting alterations, you will have 14 days to try on at home and bring back anything that needs rectifying.

We will rectify those issues if we can for free, if we cannot fix this issue we will offer a refund for the cost of the alteration.. Not for the entire outfit.

We will not be issuing refunds unless we have been given the chance to fix the issue…

Any problems will be dealt with as quickly as we can, and we will not tolerate abuse or threats

Please allow plenty of time for your alterations as there can be delays. Collection dates given will be estimated and cannot be guaranteed. But we will do our best to meet the deadline given

Full payment must be received before any items are taken from our shop..

Please make sure your items are clean and not soiled, we reserve the right to refuse to alter anything that is not clean.
